Normal event:

When registering new people, you can book additional players via the reservation system up to 48 hours before the event. 24 hours before the event: please contact customer service: 079 552 91 00

If a reservation has been made more than 21 days before the date of your event, the cancellation of individual persons must be notified in writing no later than 14 days before the event.

If the reservation was made less than 21 days before the date of your event, the cancellation of individual persons must be notified in writing no later than 7 days before the event.

If a reservation was made less than 7 days before the date of your event, the cancellation of individual persons must be notified in writing no later than 48 hours before the event.

In the event of cancellation outside these deadlines or non-appearance, the price of one piece of equipment (CHF 89.-) will be charged for each registered person.

Private event:

A private event can be rebooked as a normal event up to 14 days before the agreed date. Anyone who changes their booking must turn up with at least 15 participants or pay for at least 15 pieces of equipment (CHF 89.- each).

• If these deadlines are missed or if at least 20 participants are not present at the agreed private event, payment must still be made for 20 people. Costs per person not present: CHF 89.-.

We offer a free bunny costume for the stag or hen party.

You don't need to pre-book this costume, you can simply ask for it free of charge on site.

The minimum age for playing paintball:

• Monday to Friday 12 years
• Private event 10 years
• Saturday to Sunday 14 years

If you are using a MAC computer or a company PC, our reservation system may not work because the settings block our Javascript programme.

During your stay in the paintball arena you will be professionally supervised by one of our friendly instructors.

You can only play if you book in advance.We recommend that you book as early as possible, as we are particularly busy at weekends. Of course, you can also book at short notice if we still have spaces available.

A paintball event takes 3 hours, resulting in a pure playing time of 2 hours. Approx. 1 hour is required for the preparations (instruction video/oral instruction, changing clothes and group organisation).

The Paintball Arena is open daily from 09.00 to 22.00, 365 days a year, Monday to Sunday. Only with pre-booking!

For under the overall we recommend a T-shirt or sweatshirt as well as jeans, trainers or shorts. Shoes with a good tread, e.g. trainers, hiking boots or similar. Bring a spare change of clothes and shoes. We offer changing rooms and showers for men and women at all our locations. If you would like to shower after the event, please bring your own shower kit.

We accept card payment including Twint.

Cash payment on site and payment on account is only possible by prior arrangement.

All our prices are in Swiss francs including VAT.

You can also book our hall for a private party. A private event is possible from 20 people. A private event is considered a private party and is agreed in writing. Our contractual terms and conditions apply. The maximum number of participants is 60.

You may only play with your own equipment if all members of your group agree to this. Own paintballs may not be used.

We do not offer any discounts for own equipment.

You don't just get standard equipment (marker, mask, battle pack) from us, as is usual in many places. We offer you the complete package with everything that is currently available on the paintball market.

The Paintball Arena rental equipment consists of the following parts:

Marker, loader, battle pack with two 100-pods, paintball mask, neck protection, cap, chest and back protector, gloves, overall, knee pads, team waistcoat and the corresponding number of paintballs per person, depending on the event booked.
